Proxemix began with a practical challenge. Property teams could access plenty of sensors, but lacked a joined-up way to turn their readings into useful evidence and action.
We combined our experience in software engineering, data analysis and connected technology to create a platform that brings devices, property records, risk analysis and reporting together. Today, Proxemix supports live environmental monitoring across multiple housing association portfolios and can be configured for other property, facilities and specialist partner applications.
